Our Story
We want to change the way businesses connect with their customers by building a marketplace for decentralized flexible warehouse solutions that can scale with the business cycle.
As business owners ourselves, we know the struggles of supply chains.
It wasn't too long ago that we were left with piles of in-house inventory due to launch date changes, canceled customer orders, and anticipation of large demand. It simply wasn't a manageable workspace nor was it productive in getting our customers their order.
We needed to find additional storage space that didn't cost an arm and a leg. We knew that it needed to be in a space where shipping could happen the same day or next so that customers could receive items quickly, and there needed to be picking, packing, and shipping services.
But that led to another problem: warehouses near large shipping areas and with these services were expensive and there were often times when racks that we were paying for sat empty during slow times in the business cycle.
It simply wasn't practical to spend this much money on services that we weren't using and that didn't suit our business needs.
After talking with other companies, we realized that we weren't alone.
That's why we created Flexhouse: to find less costly third-party warehouses that are closer to the customer and to create transparency between warehouse and client.
We started in 2018 with a warehouse in South Florida, and from there we've been able to expand with partners into Orlando, Dallas, Chicago, and Long Beach.
We now provide warehouse storage solutions to customers all over the country and to international customers who are breaking into the US market.
